Queer Migrants is a theoretical construct in Queer Legal Studies that denotes individuals whose gender identity, sexual orientation, or queer subjectivity intersects with migratory status, thereby distinguishing them within the broader category of migrant populations through their exposure to compounded legal vulnerabilities rooted in both immigration regimes and heteronormative legal frameworks.
