Quantum Teleportation Error Correction

Quantum Teleportation Error Correction is a quantum error correction framework designed to detect and mitigate errors that arise during the transmission and reconstruction of quantum states in quantum teleportation protocols by leveraging entanglement purification, syndrome measurement, and fault-tolerant operations to preserve the fidelity of the teleported state.
