Pulse Height Analysis

Pulse Height Analysis is a signal processing technique in radiation instrumentation that discriminates and quantifies incident radiation events by measuring the amplitude of voltage pulses generated in a detector, wherein the pulse height is proportional to the energy deposited, enabling spectral analysis of radiation intensity as a function of energy.
