Pseudotime Trajectory Analysis
Pseudotime Trajectory Analysis is a computational method in transcriptomic heterogeneity research that infers the progression of cells along dynamic biological processes by ordering single-cell transcriptomes on a pseudotemporal continuum based on transcriptional similarity, thereby reconstructing developmental or regulatory trajectories without explicit time-series data.
