Protected Class Harassment

Protected Class Harassment is a form of unlawful harassment that targets individuals based on their membership in a protected class, such as race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, or other characteristics legally safeguarded from discrimination, thereby distinguishing it from other forms of harassment by its nexus to statutorily defined group identities.
