Protected Class Discrimination

Protected Class Discrimination is a form of employment discrimination that constitutes the unlawful adverse treatment of an individual based on membership in a legally recognized protected class, such as race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, or age, thereby differing from other forms of workplace bias by its explicit violation of statutory protections established under anti-discrimination laws.
