Pronominal Placement

Pronominal Placement is a syntactic phenomenon in Old Norse grammar denoting the specific positioning of clitic pronouns within the clause, particularly their tendency to appear in second position or in verb-second (V2) configurations, thereby distinguishing it from free pronoun usage and other word order patterns in the language.
