Projective Algebras is an algebraic structure in universal algebra characterized by the property that it is a retract of a free algebra, meaning it admits a homomorphism from a free algebra onto itself that preserves the algebraic operations and allows every homomorphism into another algebra to be lifted through epimorphisms.
