Project Leasing

Project Leasing is a specialized form of lease financing in which the lessor provides funding for a large-scale infrastructure or industrial project through the acquisition and leasing of project-specific assets, where ownership of the lease is tied directly to the project’s cash flows and assets rather than to the general creditworthiness of the lessee.
