Program Visibility is a strategic communication construct within nonprofit community relations that denotes the extent to which a nonprofit organization's programs are recognized, understood, and associated with the organization by its target stakeholders, distinguishing it from general organizational visibility by focusing specifically on programmatic rather than institutional presence.
