Profiled Side-channel Attacks

Profiled Side-Channel Attacks is a type of side-channel attack that belongs to the class of leakage-based cryptanalytic techniques, distinguished by its reliance on a prior characterization phase (profiling) to build a statistical model of the target device’s leakage behavior, which is subsequently used to recover secret information from a similar but physically uncharacterized target.
