Primary Position Misalignment

Primary Position Misalignment is a clinical ocular motility disorder characterized by a horizontal misalignment of the eyes in the primary position—that is, when the gaze is directed straight ahead—distinguishing it from misalignments that occur only in eccentric gaze positions and serving as a key diagnostic feature in Duane Retraction Syndrome.
