Prandtl Boundary-layer Approximation

Prandtl Boundary-Layer Approximation is a theoretical model in fluid dynamics that reduces the Navier–Stokes equations by distinguishing between a thin viscous layer adjacent to a solid surface and an outer region of nearly inviscid flow, thereby enabling simplified analysis of high-Reynolds-number flows over bodies.
