Posterior Tree Distribution

Posterior Tree Distribution is a probability distribution over phylogenetic tree topologies and associated parameters that represents the updated belief about evolutionary relationships given observed molecular sequence data, a substitution model, a tree prior, and branch length models, derived through Bayes' theorem as the product of the likelihood and prior distributions normalized by the marginal likelihood.
