Post-glacial Rebound

Post-Glacial Rebound is a geophysical process in the field of solid Earth geophysics and space geodesy, wherein the Earth's lithosphere undergoes viscoelastic uplift in response to the removal of glacial ice loads, distinguished by time-dependent deformation resulting from mantle flow and elastic lithospheric response following deglaciation.
