Position Representation
Position Representation is a mathematical formalism in quantum mechanics that belongs to the class of wavefunction representations, specifically characterized by expressing the quantum state of a harmonic oscillator in terms of its amplitude as a function of spatial position, thereby enabling the computation of position-space probability densities and eigenstate solutions via the Schrödinger equation.
