Port Concessions

Port Concessions is a contractual arrangement in which a public port authority grants a private entity the exclusive right to operate, manage, and often invest in port infrastructure and services for a specified period, distinguishing it from other port governance models through the transfer of operational control and associated performance obligations under regulated terms.
