Ponzi Fraud
Ponzi Fraud is a deceptive financial scheme classified under corporate crime in which returns to earlier investors are paid from the capital contributions of subsequent investors rather than from legitimate profit-generating activities, thereby distinguishing it from合法 investment models by its inherent reliance on continual recruitment to sustain the illusion of profitability.
