Polyploid Epigenomics
Polyploid Epigenomics is the systematic study of heritable changes in gene function and chromatin organization that occur in polyploid genomes without alterations to the DNA sequence, encompassing the genome-wide analysis of epigenetic modifications such as DNA methylation, histone variants, and non-coding RNA regulation specific to polyploid contexts.
