Pollutant Absorption Kinetics

Pollutant Absorption Kinetics is the scientific study of the rate and mechanisms by which gaseous pollutants are transferred into and interact with a liquid sorbent phase in wet scrubbing systems, distinguished from other absorption phenomena by its specific dependence on interfacial mass transfer dynamics, chemical reactivity, and hydrodynamic conditions unique to scrubber environments.
