Poetic Self-reflexivity

Poetic Self-Reflexivity is a literary phenomenon in Hellenistic poetry wherein the poem, as a self-conscious artifact, explicitly draws attention to its own composition, authorship, or textual nature, thereby distinguishing itself through an intrinsic focus on its poetic construction rather than solely on external narrative or referential content.
