Pit Sealants

Pit Sealants is a preventive dental material that, in the form of a low-viscosity, polymerizable coating, is applied to and micromechanically retained within occlusal pits of teeth to form a physical barrier that inhibits plaque accumulation and substrate penetration, thereby preventing the initiation and progression of dental caries.
