Perturbed Orbital Elements

Perturbed Orbital Elements is a set of time-varying parameters that describe the instantaneous shape, size, and orientation of a satellite's orbit under the influence of non-Keplerian forces, distinguishing it from the constant elements of an ideal two-body system by accounting for gravitational, atmospheric, and other external perturbations.
