Personal Recovery

Personal Recovery is a theoretical construct within the domain of mental health care that denotes an individual’s subjective experience and dynamic process of establishing a meaningful and satisfying life beyond the limitations of illness, distinguished from clinical recovery by its emphasis on personal agency, identity重建, and hope rather than symptom reduction or functional restoration.
