Peritubular Capillaritis

Peritubular Capillaritis is a histopathological lesion characterized by the presence of mononuclear inflammatory cells within the peritubular capillaries of renal allografts, distinguished from other forms of graft injury by its specific localization to the peritubular microvasculature and its association with antibody-mediated rejection in transplant pathology.
