"Perforator-Based Lymph Node Flap" is a microsurgical autologous tissue transfer technique in which a vascularized lymph node-containing tissue is harvested and transplanted via a single perforating artery and vein to reconstruct lymphatic function, distinguished by its preservation of the recipient site's muscular anatomy through minimally invasive vascular pedicle utilization.
