Peptide-Level Quantification is a methodological approach in quantitative proteomics that, as a distinct analytical tier within isobaric tag-based workflows, specifically measures the relative or absolute abundance of individual peptides prior to protein inference, thereby enabling peptide-centric resolution of quantitative mass spectrometry data.
