Peacekeeping Cooperation

Peacekeeping Cooperation is a formal institutional arrangement within regional security cooperation frameworks through which states and international actors jointly deploy military, police, and civilian personnel to conflict-affected areas to monitor ceasefires, protect civilians, and support the implementation of peace agreements, thereby distinguishing it from unilateral intervention or conflict prevention initiatives by its collective, consent-based, and normatively constrained operational character.
