Partial Fourier Reconstruction

Partial Fourier Reconstruction is a magnetic resonance image reconstruction method that belongs to the class of Fourier-based techniques and is distinguished by its utilization of symmetry properties in k-space to reconstruct images from incompletely sampled data, typically acquiring slightly more than half of the k-space data to reduce scan time while preserving image quality.
