Park-driven Gentrification

Park-Driven Gentrification is a form of urban environmental gentrification in which the creation, expansion, or upgrading of public parks and green spaces functions as the primary catalyst for real estate speculation, increased property values, and the displacement of lower-income residents, thereby distinguishing it from gentrification processes driven by other infrastructural or economic interventions.
