Parable Allusion is a literary and hermeneutic device in biblical studies that refers to an implicit or indirect reference to a parable—typically one attributed to Jesus in the New Testament—distinguished from explicit quotation by its interpretive function in drawing ethical or theological parallels within a textual or cultural context.
