Overcharge Pass-on

Overcharge Pass-On is a legal and economic doctrine within antitrust law that refers to the mechanism by which a directly injured party, having been overcharged due to anticompetitive conduct, transmits part or all of that overcharge to indirect purchasers through higher prices, thereby affecting damage allocation in claims involving passing-on defenses.
