Osculating Orbital Elements

Osculating Orbital Elements is a set of instantaneous Keplerian orbital parameters that, at a given epoch, define a reference conic orbit tangent to the true perturbed trajectory of a celestial body, differing from other orbital element sets by representing the purely two-body orbit that would arise if all perturbations were instantaneously removed.
