Ore Pass Design

Ore Pass Design is a specialized engineering methodology within underground mine design that systematically determines the geometric, structural, and operational configurations of vertical or inclined passages used to transport broken ore from drawpoints to lower-level loading stations, distinguishing it from general mine layout planning by focusing on material flow efficiency, rock mass stability, and blockage prevention in the context of shrinkage stoping and other bulk mining methods.
