Open Quotient

Open Quotient is a laryngeal stroboscopy-derived metric that quantifies the proportion of the vocal fold vibratory cycle during which the glottis remains open, distinguishing it from other temporal vibratory parameters by specifically measuring the duration of glottal opening relative to the entire phonatory cycle.
