One-sided Contract Terms

One-Sided Contract Terms is a contractual provision that belongs to the genus of standardized agreement clauses and is differentiated by its substantive design that significantly favors one party, typically the drafter, at the expense of the other, often arising in contexts of inequality of bargaining power and manifesting as a hallmark of substantive unconscionability.
