Offender Panels
Offender Panels is a restorative justice practice in which a group of incarcerated individuals voluntarily assemble to share their personal experiences and insights about crime, its consequences, and rehabilitation with community members, victims, or students, distinguishing it from other reentry or education programs by its emphasis on accountability, narrative disclosure, and communal learning within a structured, facilitator-guided format.
