Observed Information Matrix

The Observed Information Matrix is a mathematical construct in statistical theory defined as the negative of the second derivative of the log-likelihood function with respect to model parameters, evaluated at the maximum likelihood estimate, thereby quantifying the curvature of the likelihood surface and providing a measure of the amount of information about the parameters contained in the observed data.
