Object-based Crop Classification

Object-Based Crop Classification is a remote sensing image analysis approach that categorizes land cover into crop types by first segmenting the image into homogeneous regions (objects) based on spectral, spatial, and textural characteristics, and then classifying these objects using contextual and geometrical attributes distinct from pixel-based methods.
