Nuisance Trespass is an indirect trespass that occurs when a defendant's unreasonable or unlawful interference with a plaintiff's use or enjoyment of land results from a continuing condition or activity, distinguished from direct physical intrusion by its focus on harmful effects rather than immediate entry onto the property.
