Nonconformance Escalation

Nonconformance Escalation is a formal process within quality management systems whereby identified nonconformances are systematically raised to higher levels of authority or oversight when initial resolution attempts fail, criteria for severity are exceeded, or regulatory compliance is at risk, thereby distinguishing it from routine nonconformance handling by invoking elevated decision-making and corrective action pathways.
