Nominative-accusative Alignment

Nominative-Accusative Alignment is a morphosyntactic alignment system in which the single argument of an intransitive verb (S) is grammatically equivalent to the agent of a transitive verb (A), and both are distinct from the patient of a transitive verb (P), which is marked differently typically through case or agreement.
