Necessity Easements
Necessity Easement is a type of implied easement in property law that grants a non-trespassory right of use over another’s land, arising not by express agreement or prescription but by judicial inference when access to a landlocked parcel is strictly indispensable for its reasonable utilization, thereby distinguishing it from easements created by grant, estoppel, or long usage.
