Near Work
Near Work is a category of visual activity characterized by sustained ocular fixation and accommodative–convergence demand on objects at a short working distance (typically within about 30–50 cm of the eyes), such as reading or close use of digital devices, and is examined as a modifiable exposure in myopia onset and progression research.
