Myelin Integrity
Myelin Integrity is a neurobiological construct that denotes the structural and functional completeness of myelin sheaths in axonal tracts, distinguished by the preservation of compact myelin architecture, ion channel organization, and glial-axonal interactions necessary for efficient saltatory conduction and long-term axonal stability.
