Myc-max Dimerization
Myc-Max Dimerization is a molecular interaction mechanism in which the Myc oncoprotein heterodimerizes with its partner Max to form a transcriptionally active complex that binds to E-box DNA elements, thereby enabling the regulation of genes involved in cell proliferation, growth, and apoptosis.
