Multiplexed Single-cell Proteomics

Multiplexed Single-Cell Proteomics is a single-cell proteomic methodology that enables the simultaneous quantification of proteins across multiple individual cells within a single experimental run through the use of distinguishable molecular tags or labels, thereby increasing throughput and sample multiplexing capacity compared to conventional single-cell approaches.
