Multiple Qtl Mapping
Multiple QTL Mapping is a statistical genetics method that identifies the locations of multiple quantitative trait loci simultaneously within a genome by modeling their individual and interactive effects on phenotypic variation, distinguishing it from single-QTL approaches through its capacity to account for genetic complexity and epistasis.
