Multiphoton Stark Effect

The Multiphoton Stark Effect is a quantum electro-optical phenomenon, within the broader class of Stark effects, wherein the energy levels of a quantum system exhibit shifts or splittings due to the simultaneous interaction with multiple photons in the presence of an external electric field, distinguishing it from conventional Stark effects by its dependence on multiphoton transition dynamics.
