Multicomponent Reaction Libraries

Multicomponent Reaction Libraries is a synthetic methodology in combinatorial chemistry that enables the high-throughput generation of structurally diverse compound collections through the one-pot condensation of three or more molecular building blocks under split-and-pool conditions, thereby distinguishing it from simpler binary reaction arrays by its capacity to rapidly access complex molecular architectures with increased scaffold diversity.
